Thank you for contacting the office of Rep. Donald Norcross (NJ-01) regarding your appropriations language or programmatic requests for fiscal year 2025. A programmatic request is a request to fund a general federal agency or program at a specified level. A language request is a request for bill or report language that does not direct funding to a particular entity but encourages, urges, or directs some type of action by an agency. 

Please fill out all questions below thoroughly; incomplete forms may not be considered. Please fill out one form per request. Given the volume of requests we receive, priority will be given to those requests with a demonstrated impact for New Jersey's 1st district.
