...Rep. Donald Norcross, D-1st Dist., said he was told by the Department of Health and Human Services that there was a two-week waiting period before he would be allowed to visit the children cared for by the Center for Family Services, a social services agency based in Camden.
..."The public's representative has a right to visit these children and make sure they are being treated well and that efforts are being made to reunify them with their families," Norcross said.
