Norcross: Class is always greener at Triton
Courier Post. By Matt Flowers
...Triton was one of just five schools in New Jersey to be chosen for the U.S. Department of Education's Green Ribbon honor, which recognizes schools for their efforts to protect and preserve the environment through projects and awareness and for improving the health and wellness of schools, students and staff.
..."It is an amazing experience," said Brown, who received a plaque of recognition from Rep. Donald Norcross, D-NJ. "Our school worked so hard together. We just want to make our environment so much better."
..."The students and staff at Triton haven't just 'gone green,'" Norcross said. "They're leading the rest of the state and the nation by their good example on how to be responsible stewards for the planet. I applaud their hard work."
