Norcross: Infrastructure improvements needed to keep joint base viable

...Upgrading the installation's power grid and supplies to make the base more energy independent and resilient in the event of catastrophic storms, disasters or attacks is a major priority and one that Norcross, a former electrician, may be uniquely qualified to assist.
