He added over $1.4 trillion to the federal deficit and provided no way to pay for his tax scam, but now he refuses to provide new funding to fix our aging infrastructure and put middle-class Americans back to work. His weak infrastructure plan puts pressure on our cities and states and fails to deliver on his trillion-dollar-plus commitment."
