Trump border wall could siphon millions from NJ military construction

...A $41 million munitions construction project at Picatinny Arsenal is in the crosshairs of President Donald Trump's push to divert Pentagon funds to build his border wall with Mexico.

..."Any delay or disruption of any one of these military construction projects will ultimately hinder the ability of our armed forces to carry out their missions effectively," wrote U.S. Rep. Donald Norcross and U.S. Sen. Bob Menendez, both D-N.J., in a letter to Acting Secretary of Defense Patrick Shanahan opposing any diversion of funds obligated to military installations in New Jersey.
