Washington, DC – Citing his commitment to job growth, Congressman Donald Norcross (NJ-01) railed against legislation that would fast-track a major international trade deal and limit Congress' input on future measures impacting American jobs.
Voting against H.R. 1314, Norcross cited nearly 20,000 jobs lost in his district since NAFTA was enacted in 1994. Any legislation that would limit Congressional input on trade, he said, would be repeating history, a history that has not been kind to American workers.

Cherry Hill, NJ – Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposed a $14 million cleanup plan to remediate contaminated soil from approximately 33 residential properties at the Sherwin-Williams/Hilliards Creek Superfund site spanning parts of Gibbsboro and Voorhees. The EPA stated that the soil and groundwater beneath portions of the site contain hazardous lead, arsenic and volatile organic compounds.

Camden, NJ – U.S. Representatives Bob Brady (D., First District of Pennsylvania) and Donald Norcross (D., First District of New Jersey) and New Jersey State Senate President Steve Sweeney (D., Third Legislative District) joined officials from the Delaware River Port Authority today to "turn the key" on the first six cars to re-enter service on PATCO's High-Speed Line after extensive rehabilitation of the cars' interiors and operating systems. All 120 of the cars in PATCO's fleet will be upgraded over the course of the $194 million refurbishment.
Cherry Hill, NJ - Today, Congressman Donald Norcross announced that Haddon Township fire department has been awarded a $325,905 grant from the federal government to purchase new equipment to improve their emergency response and save lives. Congressman Norcross advocated in support of the grant as early as December of last year.
