Norcross met virtually with local child care providers, advocates and parents to discuss the challenges the child care industry has faced due to the pandemic, and how this relief will help them.

Last year's defense policy bill passed without language championed by Rep. Donald Norcross that would have gradually increased "Buy American" requirements for major defense programs to 100 percent by 2026.
But the New Jersey Democrat, whose proposal faced criticism it would lock out allies, told Defense News in an interview last week that he plans to have the conversation again when this year's National Defense Authorization Act is drafted.
