WASHINGTON, DC – Today, U.S. Congressman Donald Norcross (NJ-01) joined Senators Bob Menendez and Senator Cory Booker (both D-NJ) and Congressmen Frank Pallone (NJ-06) and Bill Pascrell (NJ-09) on their comprehensive bipartisan legislation to extend the National Flood Insurance Program for five years while instituting a series of sweeping reforms to address the waste, abuse and mismanagement plaguing the system that led to delayed recovery for Superstorm Sandy survivors. The bill has the support of the entire New Jersey congressional delegation.

WASHINGTON, DC - U.S. Congressman Donald Norcross (NJ-01) announced that Chelsea Yang of Cherry Hill won the 2019 Congressional Art Competition for New Jersey's First Congressional District.

Chelsea, a rising junior at Cherry Hill High School East, titled her winning acrylic painting "A Meaningful Visit," and it depicts a daughter visiting the gravesite of her father, who served in the U.S. military. The painting will hang in the U.S. Capitol for one year
