Applications are closed for Spring 2025 D.C. internships.
My D.C. office offers internships throughout the fall, spring or summer semesters for college students and recent graduates. The hours are flexible to accommodate students' hectic course schedules, but generally run 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. My office’s internship program includes a stipend.
In Washington, interns' responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintaining active constituent correspondence, attending legislative briefings, drafting letters on a variety of issues, greeting constituents and visitors, tracking media coverage, assisting staff with research and special projects, and performing other administrative duties when assigned. As a result, interns learn about the legislative process and the many other functions of a congressional office.
Please know that to be eligible for the internship stipend you must be a citizen of the United States of America.

We are currently accepting applications for the Spring 2025 District Office internship. These internships run throughout the fall, spring or summer semesters for college students. The hours are flexible to accommodate students' hectic course schedules, but generally run 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. My office’s internship program includes a stipend.
In South Jersey, interns' responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintaining active constituent correspondence, attending in-district events, greeting constituents and visitors, assisting staff with research and special projects, and performing other administrative duties when assigned. As a result, interns learn about constituent services and the many other functions of a congressional office.
