FY27 Appropriations Requests

FY27 Appropriations Requests for Community Project Funding

Congressman Norcross submitted funding requests for important community projects in New Jersey’s 1st Congressional District to the House Appropriations Committee. The application for FY27 Community Project Funding has ended. Guidance on the reforms governing Community Project Funding (CPF) is available here, and additional guidance for each Appropriations Subcommittee can be found below depending on your project.

Please note that Community Project Funding is not be allowed under these five Appropriations bills in Fiscal Year 2027:

  • Financial Services and General Government
  • Defense
  • Legislative Branch
  • National Security and Department of State

Under guidelines issued by the Appropriations Committee, projects are restricted to a limited number of federal funding streams, and only state and local governments and eligible non-profit entities are permitted to receive funding. For-profit entities are not eligible for this funding.

In compliance with House Rules and Committee requirements, Rep. Norcross has certified that he, his spouse and his immediate family have no financial interest in any of the projects he has requested.
