Cherry Hill, NJ-Rep. Donald Norcross (NJ-01) today announced a $218,379 National Science Foundation (NSF) grant for Rutgers University-Camden to study poverty in U.S. metropolitan areas.

"This grant from the National Science Foundation establishes a scientific, fact-based approach to analyzing a complex social issue and can provide insight to better understand the circumstances that contribute to poverty and how we can lift people up in society," said Rep. Donald Norcross.

Cherry Hill, NJ-U.S. Rep. Donald Norcross (NJ-01) today announced a $28,285 Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) for the Runnemede Fire Department.

"I'm proud to have supported this grant application and today join with the Runnemede Fire Department celebrating this award. These funds are critical to the safety of the first responders who are on the front lines of danger every day. Their safety should not and cannot be compromised," said Rep. Donald Norcross.
