"Today I applaud the U.S. Supreme Court on its decision to uphold a woman's right to make her own health care choices. A woman's health care decisions should be between a woman and her doctor. Although the fight for women's rights is far from over, this is an important step in the right direction."

The Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act makes vital updates to The Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) of 1976 to ensure new layers of protection for U.S. families from chemicals found in everyday products.
