A Blackwood resident will follow U.S. Rep. Donald Norcross in Congress Wednesday as part of Congressional Foster Youth Shadow Day.
Hosted by the Congressional Caucus for Foster Youth, the event offers more than 60 current and former foster children from across the country for a behind-the-scenes look at the national legislature.
