Young joined Congressman Donald Norcross (D-Camden), Camden Police Chief Gabe Rodriguez and Carstarphen on Wednesday morning to deliver the $500,000 federal allocation to the Camden County Police Department. The money is part of a larger $4.3 million allocation for South Jersey community projects, which Norcross announced earlier this month.
