As gasoline prices surge due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Rep. Donald Norcross offered a way he said would bring relief to motorists: Suspend the federal and state gasoline taxes.

Norcross, D-1st Dist., said the action could save motorists 60 cents a gallon.
